If you need to add numerous Contacts to a Group you can Import them to save a lot of time!


Note: You will need to have a CSV file with the first name, last name, and email address of each Contact you wish to Import in the format of the image below:


Step 1: Click your Profile at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Select User Management.

Step 2: Click the down arrow to the right of ADD NEW USER.

Step 3: Click Import Via CSV.

Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen that pops up to ensure your CSV file is properly formatted.


Step 5: Click Choose a File.

Step 6: Select the CSV you would like to use to import your contacts.


Step 7: Click Verify.

When you see the green banner on the bottom left, your Contact Import was successful!
