After Navigating to the Integrations page, you'll see RSS Feeds as an option.

Step 1: Select the "manage feeds" button

Step 2: You'll be sent to a new page where you'll see "add a feed". Paste in any RSS feed that you'd like, and Recess will handle the rest!
- I recommend using Michael Hyatt's leadership feed as any easy starter. Paste this url into the input field: http://feeds.feedburner.com/michaelhyatt, and select the 'add feed' button
